CCMI's commercial advisory team has published a position paper titled 'Managing Cost Escalation in MENA Construction: Causes, Consequences, and Controls'.
The paper draws on data from active and recently completed mandates to identify the primary escalation triggers, including supply chain volatility, procurement sequencing failures, and scope creep.
